Job Description:
CDL-A Company Driver – Home Every Weekend – Earn $90,000
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $1,500–$1,900 per week (Top drivers $90,000 annually)
Home Time: Every weekend (48 hours), with occasional 10 hour breaks at your domicile location
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for short-haul dry van routes offering consistent freight, seniority-based pay, and strong home time. Drivers enjoy predictable schedules, regular lanes, and full benefits starting day one.
Pay & Benefits Compensation:

• Earn $1,500–$1,900 per week
• Top drivers earn $90,000 annually
• $.62–$.65 CPM
• Pre-planned loads

• Consistent customers & predictable routes

Equipment

• Modern equipment
• Mostly automatics (some manuals available)
• Company owned shop with excellent maintenance program
• APUs, Samsara ELDs, Drivewyze scale bypass
• Terminal amenities: showers, break rooms, fuel, on-site scales

Terminal & Drop Lot Locations
Virginia: Weyers Cave, Richmond, Suffolk, Lynchburg, Winchester, Roanoke, Covington
Additional: Baltimore, MD, Charleston, WV, Concord, NC
Operate from any terminal or drop-lot.
Requirements

• Valid CDL-A
• 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
• 23 years or older
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years
• No serious DOT preventable accidents in last 5 years
• No DUI conviction in last 5 years
• No criminal history involving serious felony
• Have a good attitude
• Be physically able to perform duties of a truck driver
• Valid DOT physical
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• No more than 3 jobs in previous 12 months

Job Requirements:
**One year Tractor Trailer experience with 53 foot trailers**
**Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days**
**Hazmat endorsement required for top pay**
