Transloading Operator – Doswell, VA
Houff Corporation is a leading provider of agricultural and industrial services, specializing in rail-to-truck transloading. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Transloading Operator to join our team at our Doswell, VA facility.
Position Overview
As a Transloading Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe transfer of materials from railcars to trucks and trailers. This position requires proficiency in operating both stationary and mobile conveyors, along with other loading equipment. Your contributions will help maintain smooth facility operations while upholding the highest safety and productivity standards.

Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour

Schedule & Work Conditions
- Full-Time Position
- This is a Monday through Thursday regular shift.
- Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Must be comfortable wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, pull, and push as required
Attention to Safety: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining a safe work environment
Background & Drug Screening: Must be able to pass pre-employment checks
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
