Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the successful delivery of construction projects. This includes preconstruction, managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, contracts, and resource allocation. The project manager will be expected to manage client relations, project team members, and project stakeholders. Daily site visits and managing subcontractors onsite is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management
- Experience with logistics management
- Experience with inspection and expediting of materials
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Construction estimating experiance
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Certifications in project management or related field is a plus
- Drivers license with ability to travel daily to jobsites
