HOTWORX Wasilla Alaska
HOTWORX Alaska is seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our studio, grow membership, and build a strong fitness community.
HOTWORX is a cutting edge 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio that combines infrared heat with exercise to deliver powerful results in a short amount of time. Members enjoy semi private infrared sauna workouts including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Core, Hot Stretch, and HIIT sessions like Hot Blast and Hot Cycle, along with a functional training zone.
Our Alaska location will be community driven, focused on building a supportive environment where members feel welcomed, motivated, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Compensation
Base Salary
Starting at $45,000 annually, with higher compensation based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.
Performance Incentives
In addition to base salary, the General Manager is eligible for performance based commissions and bonuses tied to studio growth, membership sales, team performance, and retail success.
Expected Total Compensation
$55,000 – $70,000 annually depending on studio performance.

Responsibilities Studio Leadership
Lead daily studio operations and maintain HOTWORX brand standards.
Build and develop a strong team culture.
Manage team schedules and oversee team performance.
Membership Sales and Growth
Conduct studio tours and convert leads into members.
Drive membership sales and achieve monthly goals.
Support referral programs and member ambassador programs.
Member Experience
Create a welcoming and motivating environment for members.
Support members in achieving their health and fitness goals.
Respond to member questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Community Outreach
Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
Participate in networking and community events.
Support marketing and promotional activities that grow studio awareness.
Studio Operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Manage retail inventory and merchandising.
Ensure operational compliance with HOTWORX standards.
Qualifications
Management or leadership experience preferred.
Sales experience with a proven ability to close memberships.
