HOTWORX Southern Pines is hiring a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Sales & Fitness Associate to join our growing team in Southern Pines, NC.

At HOTWORX, we combine infrared heat, virtual instruction, and powerful workouts inside patented infrared saunas to create a fitness experience unlike anything else. Members choose from 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions or 30-minute Isometric workouts including Hot Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretch, and more.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Fitness Associate, you will help create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with energy and professionalism
• Conduct studio tours and explain the benefits of infrared fitness and HOTWORX workouts
• Build relationships with prospects and help match them with the right membership options
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and CRM communication
• Assist with membership sales and retail sales
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment
• Support local marketing efforts and community outreach events
• Help create a positive, motivating atmosphere for members
• Collaborate with the team to hit studio goals and sales targets

Preferred Experience

• Sales experience
• Retail or customer service experience
• Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience using CRM or POS systems is helpful
