Are you passionate about fitness, love helping people, and have high energy to match our infrared saunas? HOTWORX Salem is looking for enthusiastic go-getters to join our team as Sales Associates !
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of HOTWORX– greet every member with energy, positivity, and killer customer service.
- Help members crush their fitness goals by showing them how to use our infrared workout saunas and the HOTWORX Burn Off App.
- Keep our studio vibe with upbeat energy, clean equipment, and a fresh, fun atmosphere.
- Drive new memberships and retail sales like a boss–we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- Crush goals with daily prospecting, outside promotions, and social media engagement.
- Keep our 5-star reviews shining by going above and beyond for every member!
Schedule & Expectations:
- Minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and ready to hustle.
- Be flexible with scheduling–teamwork makes the dream work!
Training & Requirements:
- Complete HOTWORX certification and required online courses.
- Stay CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
- Stay up to date with new products, workouts, and challenges through training and the HOTWORX blog.

Base Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Required)
