Minimum Hours: 20 hours per week; AM/PM and/or weekend schedules available.

ABOUT HOTWORX: HOTWORX® is a 24-hour fitness studio designed to use “3D Training” through Heat, Infrared, and Exercise to provide a workout like no other. As said, “More Workout, Less Time”! Members can enjoy virtually instructed workouts including HITT/ ISOMETRIC style workouts in our patented saunas as they experience the many benefits of infrared energy.

TRAINER SALES ASSOCIATE — DUTIES

The Trainer/Sales Associate is responsible for providing an exceptional member experience while supporting membership sales, lead generation, and the daily operation of the HOTWORX Rio Grande City studio. Key duties include:

• Sales & Business Development: Sell memberships, retail products, and promotions; conduct studio tours; follow up with leads and prospects; and work toward individual and studio sales goals.
• Lead Generation & Marketing: Help generate new leads, increase studio traffic, participate in community outreach, and support social media, promotions, and local marketing efforts.
• Member Experience & Customer Service: Welcome and assist members and guests, provide a positive and motivating environment, answer questions, provide workout and sauna guidance, and address customer concerns professionally.
• Member Education & Engagement: Educate members on HOTWORX workouts, products, gear, hydration, challenges, and app programs while encouraging continued participation and membership engagement.
• Studio Operations: Complete opening and closing procedures, cleaning and maintenance checklists, and daily studio tasks while keeping the facility clean, organized, safe, and member-ready.
• Communication & Teamwork: Maintain accurate lead and client records, communicate effectively with management, follow HOTWORX standards, and contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

Overall our Trainer Sales Associates strive to direct membership and retail sales, build strong relationships with members and prospects, deliver exceptional customer service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming, and successful studio.

COMPENSATION This position offers hourly rates plus performance-based commission, providing an opportunity to increase your overall earnings through sales and studio performance.
