ABOUT HOTWORX: HOTWORX® is a 24-hour fitness studio designed to use “3D Training” through Heat, Infrared, and Exercise to provide a workout like no other. As said, “More Workout, Less Time”! Members can enjoy virtually instructed workouts including HITT/ ISOMETRIC style workouts in our patented saunas as they experience the many benefits of infrared energy.
GENERAL MANAGER — DUTIES
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success and daily operations of the HOTWORX Rio Grande City studio. Key duties include:
- Sales & Business Development: Drive membership sales, lead generation, client retention, and revenue growth while setting and tracking performance goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage staff while maintaining a professional, motivated, and accountable team.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional member experience, build strong client relationships, address concerns, and maintain high customer-service standards.
- Marketing & Community Outreach: Execute local marketing efforts, manage lead-generation activities, build community and business partnerships, and increase brand awareness.
- Studio Operations: Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance, inventory, and overall studio presentation.
- Billing & Financials: Monitor revenue, memberships, billing, collections, deposits, transactions, and required financial procedures.
- Performance & Reporting: Track sales, leads, revenue, staff performance, and studio goals; provide regular reports and action plans to ownership.
- Training & Compliance: Ensure staff complete required HOTWORX training, certifications, and ongoing development while maintaining company standards and procedures.
COMPENSATION This position offers a salary plus performance-based commission, providing an opportunity to increase your overall earnings through sales and studio performance.
