Job Summary

HOTWORX Pittsburgh South Hills is seeking dynamic Training Sales Associates (TSA) to join our team. This role combines fitness coaching, membership sales, and retail sales to create an exceptional member experience. You will educate clients on our infrared sauna workouts, guide them through the membership process, and recommend retail products that support their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients with a friendly, positive attitude
• Educate prospective members on the benefits of HOTWORX infrared sauna workouts
• Conduct studio tours, workout demonstrations, and training sessions
• Drive membership sales by guiding guests through the enrollment process
• Promote and sell retail products that complement members’ fitness and wellness goals
• Process membership enrollments, retail transactions, and other sales
• Maintain knowledge of HOTWORX services, memberships, retail items, and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service and address member questions or concerns
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge, coaching, and sales skills
• Support the daily operations and overall success of the studio

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales mindset with the ability to confidently recommend memberships and retail products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and fitness
• Comfortable leading demonstrations and interacting with clients

Compensation

TSA pay includes:
$12–$17 hourly rate Membership Sales Commission Retail Sales Commission Monthly Performance Bonuses

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
