HOTWORX Houston is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio revolutionizing workouts with our unique 3D training: combining infrared heat, isometric postures, and HIIT for maximum results in just 15-30 minutes. We’re passionate about helping members “earn the burn” while achieving detoxification, toning, calorie burn, and overall wellness.
We’re seeking an energetic, fitness-passionate Sales Associate to join our team! If you’re already familiar with HOTWORX (or excited to dive in), love all things fitness/wellness, and thrive in a sales-driven environment, this could be the perfect flexible gig.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with high energy and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct studio tours for prospective members and convert leads into memberships
- Handle membership sales, onboarding new members, and retail product recommendations
- Follow up on inquiries via phone, text and email to drive enrollments
- Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Assist with social media posting, community events, and member engagement
- Meet sales goals and earn commissions on memberships and add-ons
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness – you live the lifestyle!
- Previous experience or strong comfort in sales/customer service (fitness/gym sales a big plus)
- Familiarity with HOTWORX (prior member, employee, or fan preferred – tell us why you love it!)
- Outgoing, coachable, and team-oriented personality
- Available for part-time shifts (flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and mornings)
- Basic computer skills (for scheduling software, POS, and lead tracking)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
