Trainer Sales Associate Job Description:
The TSA will work 30-35 hours a week and work every Saturday (hours of operation below)
Staffed Hours of Operation:
- Monday-Thursday 11:00am-8:00pm
- Fridays 9:00am-6:00pm
- Saturdays 11:00am-4:00pm
Duties:
- Must love talking to people and engaging with members
- Thrives in a sales commission environment
- Making outbound calls to leads
- Strong work ethnic
- Maintain a clean and organized studio
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Career growth potentials into management and/or leadership
Requirements: -
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Gym experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Have a valid drivers license & operable vehicle (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Gym, wellness, or holistic sales experience preferred
Work Location: In person onsite at studio location
