About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Fitness Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in building relationships with new and existing members while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting fitness programs and ensuring that our clients feel welcomed and supported throughout their fitness journey. Additionally, your passion for social media will help us connect with a broader audience, building our brand awareness online and engaging with our community.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Engage with potential customers and build strong relationships
✅ Educate clients on our fitness programs, memberships, and products
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue
✅ Motivate and inspire clients to commit to their fitness journey
✅ Work in a fun, energetic environment alongside a like-minded team
✅ Maintain excellent customer service and follow up with leads
✅ Manage and create content for social media to showcase our fitness community
