Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the studio’s membership base through sales, outreach, and community engagement
- Deliver an exceptional first-time experience for prospects and turn them into loyal members
- Guide members in choosing the right membership to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Build strong relationships through phone, text, email, and social media follow-ups
- Create fun, engaging social media content and represent the HOTWORX brand as the face of the studio
- Execute local marketing initiatives and participate in community events
- Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets
- Create a motivating, high-energy studio culture focused on results and positivity
- Maintain studio cleanliness and ensure operational excellence
- Take full ownership and accountability for performance and results
Pay: $32,650.00 - $60,000.00 per year
