HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering a unique three-dimensional workout experience that combines Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise. Members enjoy virtually instructed workouts, including HOT Yoga, HOT Cycle, HOT Buns, and more, in a convenient and motivating environment designed for all fitness levels.

No fitness industry experience is required. We are willing to train the right person!

Sales & Membership Growth

• Welcome prospective members and introduce them to the HOTWORX experience.
• Conduct studio tours and explain membership options and benefits.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and other approved methods.
• Work toward membership sales goals and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
• Build relationships with current members, prospective members, and local businesses.

Customer Service & Member Experience

• Create a friendly, positive, and motivating studio environment.
• Answer questions and assist members with membership information and studio procedures.
• Build member relationships and help encourage retention and referrals.
• Provide professional, dependable service to everyone who visits the studio.

Daily Studio Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Monitor equipment and communicate maintenance needs.
• Assist with daily studio procedures and opening and closing responsibilities.
• Learn and follow HOTWORX policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Marketing & Community Outreach

• Assist with social media, promotions, and local marketing efforts.
• Help increase HOTWORX awareness throughout the Fremont community.
• Support referral campaigns and outreach to local businesses and potential members.
• Help generate leads and attract new memberships.

Leadership & Management Development

• Learn sales tracking, scheduling, team communication, and studio operations.
• Assist with staff training and daily team responsibilities as appropriate.
• Learn to monitor sales activity, membership trends, and studio performance.
• Take on additional leadership and management responsibilities as experience and performance grow.

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable talking with people and promoting membership sales.
• Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using computers, email, social media, and business software.
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or leadership experience is helpful but not required.

This position offers a flexible part-time-to-full-time opportunity based on business needs, candidate availability, and performance. Full-time hours may average approximately 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend availability may be required.

Hourly pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, responsibilities, and whether the position begins part-time or full-time. Additional commissions and performance-based bonuses offer opportunities to increase overall earnings. Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.
