Role Overview
As a HOTWORX Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and community engagement. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment where performance is rewarded and personal development is supported.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Member Support
- Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
- Provide personalized studio tours and consultations
- Call, text, and email prospects to schedule appointments and follow up
- Welcome members, answer phones confidently, and support guests during visits
- Ensure long-term member satisfaction through superior service
Studio Operations
- Assist the GM and Owner with daily operations
- Complete opening/closing duties and follow cleaning and maintenance checklists
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with HOTWORX uniform standards
- Support retail sales and help members navigate the HOTWORX App & Burn Off Challenge
Marketing & Outreach
- Create and post social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Represent HOTWORX at local events and community outreach activities
- Help grow brand awareness and drive lead generation in the Holly Springs area
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of sales and/or customer service experience (required)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with guests
- High energy, positivity, and a true passion for health and wellness
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Someone who lives (or is committed to living) a healthy, fitness-forward lifestyle
