General Manager, Fitness Studio

About the position

The General Manager at HOTWORX Holland is responsible for overseeing the operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a high-quality experience for members while driving sales and community engagement. This role combines leadership, management, and a passion for fitness to promote the unique offerings of the studio, which includes 24-hour access to virtual workouts in a sauna environment.

Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio

· Drive sales and meet/exceed revenue goals

· Manage staff and ensure high-quality customer service

· Promote the studio through social media and community engagement

· Organize and implement training programs for staff

· Monitor and manage studio expenses and budgets

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

· Foster a positive and motivating environment for members and staff

Requirements

· 2 years of sales experience

· 2 years of management experience

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to connect with the community and local businesses

· Passion for fitness and health

· Proficiency in social media management

Nice-to-haves

· Experience in the fitness industry

· Knowledge of infrared fitness training

· Previous experience in a customer service role
