Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Trainer Sales Associate at HOTWORX Cool Springs, located in Franklin, TN. The Trainer Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, conducting fitness consultations, selling memberships, and ensuring a clean and safe studio environment. Daily tasks include demonstrating workouts, providing guidance and support to clients, and promoting the benefits of infrared fitness.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fitness and helping others
- Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to meet and exceed membership sales targets
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized fitness studio
- Basic computer skills for managing membership systems and scheduling
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in fitness or sales are a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Projected Total Compensation: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
