Position: Membership Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales
- Convert prospects into passionate members through confident, consultative selling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly membership and retail sales targets.
Engage Customers
- Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience that builds trust and excitement.
- Clearly communicate the value of HOTWORX and guide prospects through our offerings.
Market Like a Pro
- Use social media to promote the studio, generate interest, and drive new leads.
- Create engaging content that supports sales goals.
Build Your Pipeline
- Proactively seek and follow up with leads daily.
- Maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage referrals and build community loyalty.
Represent HOTWORX in the Community
- Attend local events and connect with nearby businesses to spread the word and grow brand awareness.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Membership Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Previous experience as a HOTWORX Membership Sales Representative a plus but NOT necessary
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 per hour
