Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven General Manager to lead our Avon, OH studio. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone passionate about fitness, sales, and community engagement. As the face of HOTWORX Avon, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead studio operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Drive membership sales through outreach, lead follow-up, and in-studio promotions
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming studio environment
- Manage social media and local marketing to boost brand visibility
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality
- Host events and collaborate with local businesses to grow community presence
- Track KPIs and report performance to ownership
Who You Are
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or fitness management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Comfortable with technology and social media platforms
- CPR/AED certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
