What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wellness Advocate position at Hotworx 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio?
HOTWORX Clawson is a state-of-the-art Boutique Studio that offers our members 24-Hour access to our 130-degree Infrared Saunas. All saunas are equipped with Virtual Instructors so you can take sessions such as Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Barre, Hot Cycle plus many others. Hotworx is the 1st of its kind and we are looking to grow and expand our studio team to keep up with the demand of our members!
The perfect candidate will harbor strong customer service skills, sales expertise, team oriented, motivated, social media knowledge and at time able to work in the studio solely. We are offering anywhere between 20-25 hours per week. We have a flexible schedule but need some availability for Friday mornings (9am) and a few PM shifts.
We offer awesome incentives including monthly goals and winning incentives, 10% commissions plus a few other monetary incentives based off performance!!! Our pay structure is anywhere from $13.00-$16.50/hour to start based on skills and expertise!! Candidates should lead a healthy lifestyle and have a passion for health and fitness.
We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.
