Description:Hotstart, Inc. has an opening for a Facilities Technician Level III working from our sites in Spokane, WA. This position is focused on maintaining the functionality and reliability of all facilities and production equipment. The ideal person can easily spot opportunities for improvement and implement changes to mitigate risks. The right candidate must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and keep an open mind. They can develop and demonstrate proper diagnoses and repair techniques that pertain to present situations, work well under limited supervision and always maintain a clean and well-organized work area, as well as uphold a respectful and positive relationship with all employees and visitors. This person is mindful of all pertinent federal and local codes and is committed to safe work practices with a willingness to learn and grow.Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:· Perform scheduled maintenance with limited production downtime· Equipment diagnoses and repair· Quickly respond to facility issues · Installation and relocation of electrical, compressed air, and network systems · Stock adequate spare parts inventory· Installation of new equipment· Routine inspection of facility systems· Snow removal and seasonal landscape maintenanceEDUCATION/ SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:· Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles· High School Diploma/ GED· AA/AAS degree in applicable field of study.
