We are a well-established Hospitality Labor Management Company (Staffing) seeking a Bilingual Area Manager for our Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill - Cary, NC operations. We partner with upscale hotels and resorts, providing professional hospitality staff including housekeepers, housemen, front desk agents, laundry attendants, maintenance technicians, cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and public area and pool attendants.

$55,000-$65,000 annual starting pay. Opportunity for monthly bonus program also.
Position Overview
The Area Manager will oversee staffing operations for hotel customers in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill-Cary area. The ideal candidate is a strong professional “people person” who can interact confidently with both employees and customers while maintaining excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily staffing operations for hotel and resort customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel management teams
- Recruit qualified candidates by coordinating with our Marketing Department and HR Department, utilizing platforms such as really and social media. Creative recruiting efforts
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Ensure proper staffing coverage for customer properties
- Address employee concerns and maintain positive team morale
- Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with performance management and employee coaching
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required,
- Previous hotel / hospitality supervisor/management experience, or traditional staffing, human resource recruiting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with computers and social media recruiting
- Must be motivated and serious about building a career
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000-$65,000 annual pay - Bonus potential
