Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Dry Offset cup Printing Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Flexographic printing machines
- Adjust press during production runs to maintain print quality
- Inspect printed materials for quality assurance
- Maintain and clean printing presses and work area
- Troubleshoot mechanical and quality issues as needed
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines
- Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating flexo printing equipment
- Familiarity with UV/Water-based inks, roll-to-roll printing, and material handling
- Ability to read job orders and interpret customer specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Dry Offset printing presses
- Background in PET cup printing

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
