We're hiring a Director of Client & Operator Success at Haven Innovation.
The HOTLOGIC® Hospitality platform is moving from pilot to production. HL32 SmartShelf™ units are coming off the line every month, deploying into branches, and feeding people every day.
The role: own the operator experience end to end. From engagement letter to go-live to daily fleet management through the myHOTLOGIC portal. Senior client relationship, deployment success, KPI accountability, and the bridge between operator headquarters and our team in Grand Haven.
This is a builder's seat, not a maintenance role. You'll set the playbook for how every future operator joins the platform.
Profile we're after:
→ 8 to 12 years in foodservice tech, vending, or commercial equipment CS or program management
→ A 100 unit deployment you can point to and say "I owned that"
→ Comfortable in a fleet dashboard every day
→ Senior enough to peer with VP-level operator counterparts
Based in Grand Haven, MI or willing to spend two weeks a month here.
