HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading semiconductor chemical manufacturing company to hire a Junior Production Engineer . This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of the production process from the construction phase to full operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or industrial engineering with an eagerness to gain hands-on experience in process optimization and quality assurance .
Responsibilities :
- Execute tasks assigned by management to support production efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians and operators.
- Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and contractors .
- Oversee construction and commissioning processes to ensure compliance with engineering requirements and safety standards .
- Monitor material usage, troubleshoot production issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives .
- Maintain quality control standards, document production progress, and implement preventive maintenance plans .
