This is an in-person role combining logistics oversight, onsite coordination, and team support. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and the client, ensuring smooth material flow, team accountability, and high service standards.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal logistics team.
- Monitor and support on-site staff to ensure timeliness, attendance, and adherence to performance expectations.
- Coordinate daily fab floor operations and logistics tasks, including inventory movement and material support needs.
- Join bi-weekly operations meetings with the client’s global team to align on goals and process updates.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and cross-training of team members; provide hands-on coverage when needed.
- Track resource usage, help manage equipment/supply needs, and ensure site safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Proactively address and escalate personnel or service issues to internal leadership.
- Maintain organized documentation and provide regular updates and incident reports to the operations team.
- Cross-train as a Material Handler to better support daily coverage and workflow demands.
- Promote a positive, professional, and accountable team culture on site.
- 2 years of material handling or logistics coordination experience, ideally within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Experience in a lead or team-support role strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working in both an office and cleanroom/fab setting as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple teams, including upper management.
- Strong inventory management and computer skills (i.e. Excel, Teams, Outlook etc.)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to make decisions independently under time-sensitive conditions.
- Must be detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to work occasional weekend overtime as required.
