Hotfoot is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to support day-to-day office functions and assist with onboarding and safety compliance tasks. The Office Admin will report directly to the Office Manager and serve as a key liaison between new hires and internal operations.

- Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation is properly completed and filed.
- Assist with bookkeeping, AP/AR, and other accounting tasks.
- Support safety compliance by preparing and organizing safety paperwork and training records.
- Maintain employee files and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with the Office Manager on scheduling, supply orders, and task tracking.
- Help create a welcoming and organized experience for new employees.
- Other duties as assigned to support smooth office operations.
- Bilingual (Mandarin/English) is a must.
- 1 years of administrative and accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive documents and maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong communication and follow-through with both employees and management.
- Must be dependable, professional, and ready to work onsite full-time.
