We are seeking a poised, attentive, and service driven Part-Time Reservationist to join our team. 

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Rooms Reservationist serves as the first point of contact for guests seeking to book accommodations at Chateau Marmont. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for every inquiry whether from loyal returning guests or first-time visitors. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online reservation requests with a warm, polished, and discreet demeanor.

•    Provide accurate, thoughtful information regarding room types, suites, availability, rates, and hotel amenities.

•    Manage reservations using the hotel's property management system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

•    Update, modify, or cancel reservations while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

•    Coordinate special requests, VIP notes, or guest preferences to support a seamless arrival experience.

•    Communicate with front desk, housekeeping, and guest services to ensure reservation details are complete and timely.

•    Uphold Chateau Marmont's standards of privacy and confidentiality for all guests.

•    Assist with pre-arrival correspondence and ensure all guest details are documented precisely.

•    Represent the hotel's distinctive style and ethos in every interaction.

Qualifications

•    Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service is strongly preferred.

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•    Professional phone etiquette and the ability to remain composed under pressure.

•    Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or PMS platforms (training provided if needed).

•    Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

•    Ability to multitask in a calm, efficient manner.

•    A polished, discreet, and service-oriented approach to guest interactions.

•    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Schedule & Hours

•    Part-time role; approximately 15-25 hours per week (hours per day may vary).

•    Scheduling Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and occasionally a 4th day as needed

Compensation & Benefits
