DescriptionMarcus Hotels & Resorts is searching for an IT Support Intern to assists with day-to-day technical support for Hotels, Corporate Office and Enterprise IT technologies. The Support Intern troubleshoots and supports IT hardware, software, and applications to maintain operational efficiencies while making sure we provide excellent customer service. This internship is based on site out of our corporate office in Downtown Milwaukee.A division of The Marcus Corporation, Marcus Hotels & Resorts has a rich 60-year history of operational and service excellence. Focused on expanding our U.S. based portfolio of 15 hotels and resorts, our properties are known for their unique character and style.What you will be doing: Provide first-tier technical support and incident management for the corporate office and hotel associates. Triage and escalate the more complex technical problems to higher tier support.Work closely with HTAC team on urgent and time critical issues.
