Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience while managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage reservations accurately using hotel management software, updating guest information and room assignments as needed.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy at the end of each shift.
- Assist with guest services such as providing local information, arranging transportation, and coordinating special requests to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest confidentiality and safety throughout the property.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs swiftly and uphold hotel standards of excellence.
