We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant for a full-time, on-site role at Hotel Zephyr in San Francisco, CA. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Additional tasks include inspecting rooms for cleanliness and damage, reporting maintenance issues, handling guest requests, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times to create a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Proven attention to detail, with experience in cleaning, tidying, and organizing spaces
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks efficiently and meet established deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with guests and team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, along with a commitment to maintaining safety standards
- Capability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy loads and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
