Hotel Zephyr is seeking a full-time Front Desk Representative to join our on-site team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves warmly greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering inquiries, handling phone calls, and managing reservations. The Front Desk Representative will also ensure guest satisfaction, address concerns, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling professional communications
- Experience with Receptionist Duties including check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on hospitality and resolving guest concerns
- Knowledge of Reservations processes, including booking systems and policies
- Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written, with a welcoming and professional demeanor
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments with a positive attitude
- Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
