Role Description
The Account Manager/HR Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA. In this position, you will manage and support accounts related to hotel operations, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and company goals. Duties involve HR administration, including payroll management, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR compliance. You will also contribute to fostering a positive work environment and managing day-to-day office operations at the hotel.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management, payroll, financial reconciliation, and keeping accurate records
- Proficiency in HR functions such as, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills for managing office operations and compliance tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster a positive team environment
- Proficiency in HR software and financial tools; strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience in hospitality management or a similar industry is highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment
