Join our team as a Complex Accounting Manager supporting Hotel Zachary and Hotel Lincoln, you will contribute to the smooth financial operations of our establishments. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can assist with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable/data entry, daily income audit, tax reconciliation and financial reporting. As a Complex Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability across both locations.

Summary

• Daily Revenue reporting
• Accounts Payable processing
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting principles and procedures
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft excel, Lightspeed, Opera, M3, Workday, BirchStreet and Profitsword.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
