About the Role
As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our hotel. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and helps uphold the reputation we’re proud of.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure rooms meet hotel standards through thorough inspection
- Perform laundry duties (washing, folding, stocking)
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, cleaning filters)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment (preferred)
- Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude
- Basic English communication skills
