What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet and Bellman position at Hotel Walloon?
Looking for hard working and motivated people to work Valet and Bell service in a four diamond hotel!
Job Duties
· Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
· Parks and retrieves a guests vehicle
· Receive, store and deliver guest luggage upon their arrival and departure
· Provides information to guests about Hotel features, room features, public areas, offerings, etc.
· Assist guests with special requests
· Keeps work area tidy and clean
· Assists front desk and housekeeping, in keeping food/beverages stocked in public areas of the hotel
· To perform other tasks, including cross training , as directed
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
· Previous experience preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Valid Driver's License required
