Hotel Shoreham in Detroit Lakes, MN is looking to add to its service team. This creative culinary concept is in beautiful Minnesota lake country. We seek highly motivated and outgoing individuals with a strong work ethic. Hotel Shoreham is open seasonally until end of October.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main purpose of this role is to exceed our guest expectations by anticipating their needs, fully understanding the training materials provided and working as a team. This ensures that our guests experience our very best and leave our facility impressed.

Our service team members at Hotel Shoreham are expected to operate as a team, mutually respecting one another.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting our guests and guiding them thru the experience process
• Maintaining a clutter-free culture of cleanliness and organization
• Maintaining a professional culture free of harassment based upon mutual respect
• Daily station detailing and restocking
• Always lead by example.
• Work efficiently to resolve any problems that arise on the floor

SCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

Due to the industry and seasonality differences, our service positions require a solid commitment or the remainder of the 2023 season (through October).

• Beginning Hourly Salary: State minimum wage of $10.59 per hour plus Tips
