Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and breads following established recipes and techniques.
- Assist in the assembly and plating of desserts for service, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and organized pastry station.
- Work closely with the Pastry Chef to develop new recipes and refine existing ones.
- Monitor ingredient quality and assist in managing pastry inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintain efficiency during high-volume service periods while upholding quality standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination with the restaurant’s overall menu.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook, Baker, or Line Cook in a restaurant, bakery, or hotel setting preferred.
- Knowledge of fundamental pastry techniques, including dough preparation, chocolate work, and dessert plating.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for presentation and flavors.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
