Job Overview: Your mission is to ensure every guest room, public area, and VIP suite is pristine and held to our highest of standards. Help us deliver a consistently guest-praised environment that exceeds expectations.

Housekeeper Essential Tasks:

• Conduct self in accordance with As One Values and Mission, as well as hotel standards.
• Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Communicates effectively with staff and guests.
• Complete and follow through with all practices provided by training, including refreshes.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment and Context

• Work schedule varies and will include working a mix of shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing for extended periods of time, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, manual dexterity, kneeling or crouching.
