- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and handle payments
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service or sales experience
- Ability to confidently sell and upsell rooms
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
