Role Description The Night Auditor is a full-time, on-site role based at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta in Atlanta, GA. This role is responsible for balancing and reconciling the daily hotel accounts, posting room and tax charges, and verifying the accuracy of guest folios and financial reports. The Night Auditor welcomes and assists guests during overnight hours, handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and managing reservations and room assignments. Additional responsibilities include monitoring lobby and public areas for safety and cleanliness, handling cash and credit transactions, and preparing end-of-day reports for management. The Night Auditor collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations and a seamless transition to the morning team.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Receptionist Duties and front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest interactions.
- Proficiency in handling Reservations, room assignments, and booking systems in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on resolving issues promptly and providing a welcoming, guest-centered experience.
- Accurate Cash Handling skills, including managing payments, balancing cash drawers, and following financial procedures.
- Basic understanding of night audit procedures, hotel accounting, and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work overnight shifts, maintain attention to detail, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hotel front desk or night audit experience is preferred.
- Reliability, integrity, and adherence to safety and security protocols.
