We are seeking dedicated and detailed oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities
· Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, kitchenettes, common areas and offices to the highest standards.
· Provide a warm and friendly experience by ensuring rooms and spaces are comfortable and well maintained.
· Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
· Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and wipe down surfaces.
· Empty trash and ensure proper disposal of recycling.
· Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues.
· Follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly.
· Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring satisfaction.
· Adhere to company policies and schedules.
What We’re Looking For
· Passion for customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
· Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required-we will train the ideal candidate.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
· Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
· Excellent communication and positive, friendly attitude.
