The How…
While no prior experience in a related role is required, some experience in a fine dining environment is helpful in understanding and acclimating to the restaurant's food service delivery program.
Your strong organizational and communication skills will enable you to effectively work with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This will allow you to deliver a high-quality service program and ensure guest satisfaction.
Your friendly, efficient, and high-touch approach is perfect for engaging guests and team members. You appropriately address guest concerns and escalate complaints as needed. Still, you can maintain and enforce company standards regarding operational processes and procedures related to the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
The Details…
You will work a full-time hospitality schedule, defined by operational needs, which includes weekends and holidays.
Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards, which include meeting the hotel’s dress code, no visible tattoos while wearing a uniform, no unnatural hair colors, no piercings other than one pair of earrings, and neatly groomed facial hair.

Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Food handling certification (ServSafe) is required.

- Work environment and physical demands:
- Food Runners spend most of their shift standing, so they need to be able to remain on their feet for several hours straight.
- Able to carry about 35 pounds easily. Occasionally needs to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Able to use hands to use and manipulate tools and objects or control equipment; adequate vision to do the same safely
- Able to move about the property to perform assigned tasks and responsibilities, including standing for extended periods, walking or otherwise traversing the property, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, or crouching to perform functions
