IMPERIAL LOUNGE ATTENDANT

The IPL Lounge Server delivers exceptional, personalized food and beverage service to guests in the hotel's IPL lounge. This role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a luxury guest experience that reflects the hotel's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service to VIP guests.
• Greet guests warmly and address them by name when possible.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and maintain buffet presentations, beverage stations, and seating areas.
• Ensure lounge cleanliness, organization, and proper ambiance at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to special requests.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and allergens.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Process transactions accurately (if applicable).
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with lounge opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or VIP service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
