What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Attendant position at Hotel Moraine?
We are a 20 room boutique hotel located on the Long Island Sound. Featuring a private beach and additional high-end amenities, we are looking for passionate staff interested in providing next-level customer service.
Please note this is not a seasonal position, we are looking for year round * employment
Job requirements include:
- Take orders, make and serve food drinks to guests. This includes hot food, alcoholic beverages and coffee beverages.
- Work Happy Hour on Friday's and Saturday's taking guests orders, making cocktails, and helping with food orders.
- ensure cleanliness of hotel property and all common areas
- assisting in daily set-up and break down of property and guest amenities, including beach chairs, pool area, lawn, cottage & gym
- Responsible for creating and delivering a memorable guest experience to all guests
- assist housekeepers with servicing guest rooms and garbage disposal
- move and lift beds, cots, bed boards, furniture and fixtures, etc., as required and instructed by the Front Office
- answering questions about the area (local knowledge a plus) and communicating with guests.
- working with a team to accomplish daily goals

- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high level attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments

Physical Abilities:
