Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and efficiency.
• Maintain floors through proper care techniques including carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and routine maintenance to preserve their appearance and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident or guest needs promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote health and safety standards.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines.
• Support janitorial duties in maintaining cleanliness across common areas, hallways, and shared facilities in line with established standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, hotel housekeeping or related fields.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment and cleaning products; experience with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring every space is spotless and well-maintained.
