Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all guest amenities and linens are stocked and properly maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, supply rooms and service carts
- Follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and security
- Document completed tasks and communicate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficiency
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as needed

- Previous experience in hospitality or cleaning services preferred but not required
