Coordinator
Sales Coordinator will support our Director of Sales & Marketing as well as provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Team, Fuego Restaurant & General Manager. This combination role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
This position is approximately 60% sales administrative support and 40% General Manager & Fuego support. The Sales Coordinator will assist with proposals, contracts, reports, client communication, and data entry while also supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager. The position will also support our on-site restaurant, Fuego with large party reservations and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may also include assisting with guest calls and inquiries and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Delphi.fdc, and Oracle Opera Cloud is a plus.
- Responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals and/or contracts for the Sales Managers
- Assist the Sales Managers with site inspections, preparation of proposals and/or contracts, distribution of internal/external communications to clients
- Ability to maintain professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with clients, guests, and team members.
- Analytical skills for assisting with reporting, forecasting, and sales data accuracy.
- Flexibility to assist multiple managers and adapt to evolving priorities.
