- Assist with weekly payroll processing.
- Monitor and follow up on time records.
- Generate monthly union reports, process check requests, and reconcile union accounts.
- Support hourly talent recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Answer questions, provide forms or directions, and promptly refer complex situations to the Director of Human Resources.
- Assist with day-to-day human resources functions, including employee relations.
- Serve as the point of contact for team member questions.
- Minimum 1 year processing California payroll (Ceridian / Day Force payroll experience a plus).
- Proficient in Windows & Excel, including creating spreadsheets and formulas.
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
