Duties

  • Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Lead and supervise staff across departments, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and profitability through dynamic pricing and promotional initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of guest relations, addressing concerns promptly, and creating memorable experiences for all visitors.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, control costs, and implement financial strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  • Maintain effective communication channels using multi-line phone systems and uphold professional phone etiquette to enhance guest interactions.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure safety standards are met and facilities are well-maintained.
  • Implement policies for night audit procedures and oversee overnight operations to ensure security and accuracy of financial records.
  • Foster relationships with local vendors, partners, and community organizations to promote the hotel’s reputation and growth.

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel management industry with strong leadership capabilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of hospitality management principles including guest services, resort operations, and hotel experience best practices.
  • Expertise in revenue management techniques to optimize occupancy rates and profitability.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
  • Strong human resources skills including hiring practices, staff development, and conflict resolution.
  • Budgeting proficiency with the ability to analyze financial reports and control operational costs effectively.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette.
  • Experience in managing resort properties or large-scale hotels is preferred for a comprehensive understanding of complex operations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
